I had a pleasant experience today ordering a balloon arrangement. Though a small order, Jeanette patiently answered my questions and checked on my requests to be certain she could make the arrangement as I wanted. It was delightful to talk to a person when I called instead of a recording telling me to go to a website. Thanks, Carousel, for providing good old customer service

Over the phone, I ordered 2 funeral arrangements for a very special family member. I requested longer-lasting flowers but didn’t give specific flowers or colors. I attended the service today and was thoroughly impressed with the arrangements. A nice variety of flowers that were very fresh. I worked at a flower shop many years ago so I really appreciate arrangements that don’t use the ‘typical’ or ‘usual’ flowers. These arrangements exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I got married 11.29.2025 and Carousel Flowers provided our boutonnieres, bouquets, cake florals, and centerpieces. I could not recommend them enough! They created our dream florals. We worked with Kyle and Hannah throughout the planning process. Hannah sat down with us and helped bring our visions to life. She was smart, educational, and had excellent taste in creating the perfect pieces. She delivered the florals to the house and to the venue. Additionally they had staff pick up the vases we rented for some of our candle centerpieces. (Side note: they did this while it snowed ALL DAY-9 inches total!!) I talked to Kyle on the phone a few times during planning. He took the time to help come up with an idea for our florals to be within budget, but still exactly what we envisioned for our day. He was responsive and approachable-what every bride is looking for during a stressful time. Both Hannah and Kyle were amazing! Overall, Carousel Flowers made our day much less stressful. The delivery was smooth and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They created such beautiful arrangements and our guests are still complimenting us about our florals.

We couldn’t be happier that we worked with Carousel Flowers for our wedding flowers! From initial meeting through delivery on our wedding day, Kyle was awesome to work with, super knowledgeable, handling some last minute changes/additions with ease, and organizing a seamless delivery where everything was set up just how we wanted it.
