He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable — truly a pleasure to work with. As someone who isn’t very familiar with flowers, I was a bit nervous about bringing my vision to life. But Kyle made everything so easy. I provided him with a few pictures and ideas of what I envisioned, and he absolutely nailed it. The arrangements were stunning, and he truly brought my vision to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. What really impressed me was the communication throughout the planning process. Kyle scheduled check-ins to ensure everything was on track, and I never once felt out of the loop or uncertain about the next steps. He was always timely in responding to my questions and very attentive to every detail. On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. The flowers were delivered on time, beautifully set up, and taken down without any issues. I cannot recommend Carousel Flowers enough for your wedding or event. From the initial planning meeting to the day of the wedding, Kyle was responsive and thorough throughout the entire process. He helped me figure out my vision for the day and perfect executed it. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the colors fit the scheme perfectly. All of the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and arrangements were stunning. Everything was delivered day of as discussed and I didn’t have to worry about anything.
