I received the most beautiful flower arrangement on March 17, 2025. The variety and colors were spectacular. What is even more amazing than the beauty is that they lasted more than a week. I filled out an online inquiry for Carousel Monday morning about an hour before the business opened. They called promptly at 9am when they opened. I had done some research to find a florist that would deliver to a church for a memorial service. Several of the online-based companies were unable to ensure delivery in time for the service. Carousel prioritizes these arrangements. Their website notes that they deliver floral arrangements in the Elmhurst area and was inquiring as to whether or not they would deliver as far west as Glen Ellyn. The staff was very friendly, and assured me that they would indeed deliver to Glen Ellyn. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and was delivered in time for the service as promised.

I ordered flowers for a friend online. The flowers were delivered same day and were very beautiful. The recipient was not at home to receive the delivery. Carousel flowers went out of their way to leave them with a neighbor (instead of leaving them out in the freezing weather) AND called my friend to let her know. Great service and communication. I would highly recommend!!!
