I filled out an online inquiry for Carousel Monday morning about an hour before the business opened. They called promptly at 9am when they opened. I had done some research to find a florist that would deliver to a church for a memorial service. Several of the online-based companies were unable to ensure delivery in time for the service. Carousel prioritizes these arrangements. Their website notes that they deliver floral arrangements in the Elmhurst area and was inquiring as to whether or not they would deliver as far west as Glen Ellyn. The staff was very friendly, and assured me that they would indeed deliver to Glen Ellyn. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and was delivered in time for the service as promised.

I ordered flowers for a friend online. The flowers were delivered same day and were very beautiful. The recipient was not at home to receive the delivery. Carousel flowers went out of their way to leave them with a neighbor (instead of leaving them out in the freezing weather) AND called my friend to let her know. Great service and communication. I would highly recommend!!!

Wow! An empathetic florist with beautiful work. A family member was in the ICU so couldn't get the flowers. They called, let me know, took a family members number unprompted and reached to them to ensure a different type of delivery. We were able to get them and bring them to my family member. Way above and beyond. They also extended care for my family member all while being agile and exhibitingexceptional customer service. Also the flowers were beautiful. Thank you!!
