I had a pleasant experience today ordering a balloon arrangement. Though a small order, Jeanette patiently answered my questions and checked on my requests to be certain she could make the arrangement as I wanted. Over the phone, I ordered 2 funeral arrangements for a very special family member. I requested longer-lasting flowers but didn’t give specific flowers or colors. I attended the service today and was thoroughly impressed with the arrangements. A nice variety of flowers that were very fresh. I worked at a flower shop many years ago so I really appreciate arrangements that don’t use the ‘typical’ or ‘usual’ flowers. These arrangements exceeded my expectations.
